Nuts:
Nuts contain lots of nutrients. And there is a lot of fat needed for the recovery of heart. If you are suffering from hunger related to cancer or want to lose weight, then the nuts are the best, because a small quantity of nuts will give you a lot of nutrients. Almonds contain healthy, as well as potassium, iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, folate, selenium and vitamin E. There are also some protein and fiber. Walnut inflammation is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acid inhibitor. Some studies have shown that it is better to absorb this nutrient content from food than supplements. The risk of colon, lung, liver, and other cancers is reduced due to the presence of nutrient selenium, an anti-cancer component. So you can keep peanuts in the morning or at breakfast. Besides, nuts can also keep your body away from cancer. 




Turmeric:
A study by the American Cancer Society has said that Turmeric contains 'carcumin' components that prevent cancer. Turmeric cancer prevents the body from destroying the body's good cells and helps to weaken the cancer cells. So try to eat yellow in regular diet. 




Cauliflower or Broccoli:

As a result, green leafy vegetables are very useful in preventing cancer. Besides, carotenoid Lutein and zeaxanthin acts as an eye-opener and helps to reduce the risk of macular degeneration. Which can lead to blindness problems. As a result, it is better to eat more green leafy vegetables. 




Onion:
 Eating onions regular, reduces the risk of stomach cancer. According to nutritionists, onions are also cancer-resistant components that delay the growth of tumor. So onion is very useful for cooking.




Mushrooms:

And omega-3 fatty acids that exist in this marine fish prevent the formation of the body's cancer by preventing inflammation.



Dates:
Although prevention of cancer prevention are preventing true date pills. One study showed that date palms prevent cancer. And those who regularly eat date palm, their risk of cancer decreases much.
